Match report Another great all round team performance, St Albans winning comfortably with 8 overs to spare.
St Albans lost the toss and were asked to bowl. They set about the task with agressive, tight bowling, ably supported in the field. Jack Ypey (4-7) was the pick of the bowlers, along with Tom Blight (1-1), but everyone chipped in to restricy the hosts to 62-9.
Although St Albans lost a wicket on the 2nd ball of the innings, aggresive hitting from Amit Wangoo (17) and an elegant innings from Harry Knill-Jones (19 ret.), well supported by Tom Blight(12 ret.) saw St Albans home with 8 overs to spare.
