Match report A good game of cricket played once again in the right spirit, please note Hatfield Crusaders. Having been put into bat, St. Albans struggled early on with the bounce of the wicket being 11 for three off 10 overs. Then came one of two rain breaks, calming down the track. Although never easy Saints did well to post a score of 123. Skipper Fergie top scoring with 31 before falling to one of Blackies yes, no, wait moments. Uttam hung around for a good 27 and to cap it off Luke Mitchell chipping in with a well stuck 21 at no 11. Cohen finishing with figures of 8-47 for the visitors. The bowling and fielding display was superb with some great catching, Andy Rudlin with 2 great pouches. Mark Connor bowling with good pace and line ending with 6-30 and Guy Black swinging his way to 4-21. A good win must keep the momentum going.
