Match report A tightly fought match that finished in the dark at 8:35.
St Albans started very solidly, building partnerships steadily. Freddie increased the pace with some great strikes, eventually holing out in the deep to finish with 14.

Owens reply started well ahead of the required rate (30 for 1 in the 6th over). Then panic - 5 wickets in 3 overs. Owens never recovered. The bowling was very tight and frustrated the batsmen into too many mistakes, eventually closing out the match in the 19th over.
