Match report St Albans visited Hemel Hempstead on a warm afternoon in the HCPL. Losing the toss St Albans were sent out to bowl on what turned out to be a very flat wicked. With an understrength bowling attack St Albans spinners toiled away in a controlling mode and both Hussain and Chaudry picked up a wicket a piece in a total of 275. In reply St Albans started positively with Caley setting the tone with a typical quick fire 50 bofore being caught at mid-wicket but wickets fell at regular intervals with some poor shot selection/execution and St Albans were left battling for a draw which Fogarty and Hussain secured in a mature way. Another solid performance for the Saints sees them in mid-table and still unbeaten.
