Good evening all

Sorry it's so late to contact you all, but i've just got home from the colts evening.

I'm pleased to say that we have this evening passed the examination for our renewal of Clubmark accreditation.
This means that we are still able to receive support and funding from the County/ECB for any items that we apply for, and one of the main reasons we were able to finance the superb net facility we now have.
  
Believe it or not, this is a great achievement for the club, and i would really like to thank all concerned, especially Paul Sands for all his hard work over the last year or so.

We did have a couple of minor comments from the assessor when he spoke to some parents who mentioned that

1 They were willing to volunteer but had not been asked

2 Parents had not received their "membership pack".

I would like to respond to these comments by saying that there is a large notice at the registration point, asking for volunteers and saying to contact us if you feel willing and able to help - you will be most welcome!
Secondly, if you do not have a membership pack (you will have received one upon registration) then please let us know, as they are freely available.
 
Once again, thanks to all that have put the effort in to ensure our passing this test.
