2013 Subs

Dear all,

At a recent meeting of the Club officials, the 2013 Annual Subscriptions and match fee rates were agreed.  The club is delighted to announce a decrease in the rates compared to those charged in 2012 and prior years.  We think you will find this is one of the only costs going down in this inflationary environment!  This benefit is only affordable for the club if each individual member takes responsibility for paying their subs and their match fees. 

Payments of annual subs will be taken via electronic payment through the Clubs website (thanks to Matt Howson, instructions below).  Due to this new payment mechanism, the club is easily able to monitor those that have and those that have not paid.  The club (through team captains & the committee) will continue to ask those non paying members for their subs on a regular basis but we ask each individual to be forthcoming with payment in the hope that the reduced cost can be continued next year and beyond.  The 2013 tariff is detailed below:

The club has considered the most appropriate levels for each subs category and the levels have been decided upon by a robust calculation.  The rates being charged ensure that the average cost per game is the most economical based on the number of games a player expects to play: 
Ø       £25 for Pay As You Go is the most economical option for a player expecting to play up to 6 games;
Ø       £85 Annual subs and match fees of £10 is the most economical option for a member expecting to play 7-15 games;
Ø       £240 All in upfront is the most economical option for a member expecting to play more than 16 games.  This is illustrated in the table attached to the email (it is worth looking at this to consider the best option for you).

How to pay:
  1. Login to the club website;
  2. Hover the mouse over ‘My Profile,’ in the menu on the left hand side of the website;
  3. Choose the bottom of the 4 options entitled ‘My Payments’;
  4. Choose the subscription level you opt to pay for the 2013 season;
  5. Click on the ‘Paypal Pay Now,’ symbol on the right of the option you choose;
  6. Choose the card type you want to use i.e Visa, Mastercard;
  7. Follow the payment steps, filling in the required information;
As always, the club is open to discussing payment arrangements for anyone that may have difficulties in paying the subscription amount due to specific circumstances, please just speak to your team captain or contact a committee member.We hope that the reduced rates and the ability to pay through the website are both positive steps for the club and its members.  We look forward to your support by logging in and paying your subs!
