Match report St Albans captain Oliver won the toss and elected to bowl first against Tring. Some good tight bowling was on display from all 10 of the St.Albans bowlers used but runs continued to come at pace for a talented Tring side. St Albans fielding was working well as a unit but sadly a number of chances went agonisingly wide of the field. At the end of their 20 overs, they had amassed a credible 119.

St Albans in reply were always on the back foot, and repeated poor shot selection meant they were quickly 5 wickets down, and were eventually all out for 46. Ably supported by skipper Oliver Calverley, Jacob Winfield improvised and kept the crowd entertained for the 9th wicket with innovative shot selection. His Man of the Match (18) for St.Albans was not enough and they succumbed to defeat far too quickly.
