Match report From the rediculous to the sublime - last week bowled out for 60, this week 297 for 9 declared. On a flat pitch Saints piled on the runs with "Master Luke" Edwards making 141, ably supported by Reeves(44) Hounslow(32) and Furnivall(26). Despite attacking fields TM stonewallers decided to block it from the start (six of the first 12 overs were maidens). When the first slog arrived Adam set the tone with a sensational outfield catch at cow corner. The stonewalling continued despite the flattest pitch in London and Rowlands bowling four moon ballsan over. eventually the TM innings petered to 185-7, the other highlight a magnificent running catch by Nathan at deep mid-off, despite the distraction of a nearby "well preserved Totteridge totty" WAG swanning about on the boundary edge.
