Match report On the second worst pitch we have played on we did not turn up second half.Unfortunatly the worst one is ours! Putting Old Cholms in Saints did well to restrict them to 114 all out, every one bowling and fielding well, with no dropped catches, a first for this season. After tea the wheels just fell off. Having watched the wicket get steadily worse during the 1st innings the batsmen just failed to adapt. We should have batted better a unit, not helped by the rub of the green throughout the whole game. apparantly back garden rules apply at Old Cholms with one hand one bounce being a valid catch. The hunt goes on for a new ground for us to play at next year!
