Match report An extremely tight game of cricket was won by the U10s by one run! Following the disappointment of last week's game being rained off halfway through, the team took advantage of the good weather to pull off a fantastic win with Jonathon Bennett ensuring he didn't lose his wicket to the last ball of the match. Some solid batting from Ethan Fogarty and Alistair West, both scoring 9, backed up ably by Sam Crowne with 6, was then supported by good bowling performances from James McAllister (1 wicket for 2 runs) along with William Carmen (0/1) Sam (1/11) and Alistair (1/4). The hard work being put in with fielding practice also paid off with some great work being put in by all, with particular reference to Jamie Turner and Ethan who took a superb hard, fast catch at square leg.
