Match report A lovely day dominated by one player for the opposition - M Levy scoring 201 not out. A fantastic innings. There were plenty of chances at the other end, but sadly not enough catches went to hand (or remained there).
Pick of the bowlers was Tom T 6-16-2 , who sadly picked up a knee injury in the field and couldn't continue his great work. Zach (7-52-3), and Allan (8-46-2) also bowled well and picked up some wickets.

The reply got off to a poor start (24-2 after 6 overs) but Manny (59) and Andy (53) started to rebuild, putting on a partnership of 95 for the 3rd wicket. Sadly a couple of loose shots and St Albans were back in trouble. However Tom Straw batted excellently for 25 and was well supported by Allan (15). Sadly only 4 players reached double figures and the innings ended on 183 in the 41st over.
A game played in a great spirit and a demonstration innings by an exceptional talent.
We will be expecting a closer battle in the return fixture!
