Match report A high class bowling and fielding performance ensured a comfortable win in the end.
All bowlers bowled consistent areas, and the fielders let nothing passed them.
At 22 overs Chenies were struggling at 68-1, but St Albans bowlers offered no let up and the pressure brought its rewards. An acrobatic catch from Andrew Melling and 3 extraordinary catches and a run out by Harvey "Ben Stokes" Scott quickly exposed the Chenies' tail. The Chenies' innings finishing in the 45th over.
All the bowlers contributed in a fantastic display.

In reply St Albans started cautiously against the opening bowlers and at 10-1 there was the sniff of danger. However Ash Dean and Aleem Iqbal worked hard and, once settled, runs flowed quickly - both players making their 50s. Ash retiring to allow Harvey to hit the winning runs in the 27th over.
Well done to all players in a great team effort.
