Match report After a week with plenty of rain, and a troubling forecast, the IIIs match against Luton Town & Indians IVs succumbed to the inevitable after just 7 overs. An already wet wicket was saturated further by a persistent shower and the bowlers' run-ups were left unplayable. Kevin Ralfe showed his quality in a comfortable 18 not out.

Against a weakened opposition, themselves struggling for early season form, the IIIs rightly felt a little hard done by, but as victims of the weather this was simply something that couldn't be controlled.
