Match report St Albans were forced in a low scoring draw. Having restricted Totteridge to just 137 off a reduced overs, the St Albans side were on course to victory with Matt Howson scoring 64. However, the Totteridge umpire then gave five decisions which turned the course of the match.
Paul Triniman was given out ' Bat before wicket' as he clearly hit the ball before it hit the pad. Captain Alan Garofall was given stumped. All the Totteridge players were surprised by the decision and this caused them to appeal for anything, most of which was given.
It was left to Cooke and Fretter to bat out the remaining overs to avoid a defeat. The St Albans side ended 7 runs short and took only 4 points from this match.

Alan Garofall speaking on his marking of the umpire said " I've got to give him one, as he was standing in the right place."
